1. Services

ReVitalize RenoVations provides residential renovation, repair, and home improvement services in the Harrison, TN area. Our services include but are not limited to siding installation, deck construction, painting, door installation, home remodeling, and general home improvement.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project that differ from the initial assessment.
• Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon before additional charges are incurred.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
• Payment can be made by check, cash, or other agreed-upon methods.
• Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for work already completed and materials purchased.

7. Liability

ReVitalize RenoVations carries appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Our liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in the project agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not identified during the initial assessment.

8. Use of Website
